I've been using Sun Specialties for years and have been incredibly pleased with their responsiveness and customer service. This past week, they went above and beyond when I mentioned in passing that a recently purchased product was somewhat lacking in "sticking power". Before I knew it, they had contacted the vendor, asked for samples, and subsequently offered to replace the entire supply!! The product was a collection of customized Post-It Notepads used as AWESOME Citations for employee recognition and Kathie at Sun Specialties deserves one of her own! We ordered about 60 t-shirts for an annual conference this year from Sharon. Sharon was very responsive, patient, and helpful! We connected via email and she forwarded me t-shirt options and colors that I was interested in. Promptly, she mailed samples of options I was interested in. The overall product came out beautiful. We worked with Sharon last year for the same conference, so she was able to quickly update our design for this year. Overall, we had a great experience with Sun Specialties and will continue to order from them for our annual conference.
We worked directly with Sharon at Sun Specialties to order the pencils that met our branding standards perfectly. She helped us match the color, font, and get the logo right. She really knows her vendors and can find the exact product to fit your needs. Great product that our music teachers and students love!
My company recently ordered the Pocket Coolie Can Cover. Sun Specialties took the design from our custom calendar and used that for the "coolie" so design was easy. We gave the coolies away to our employees during our company clambake. The day was over 90°F and the coolies keep the drinks cool. The coolies stretched enough to fit variety of containers from a standard water bottle to a soda can and bottle.

Sun Specialties did it again! They never let me down - from creative ideas to fantastic follow through - I know my promotional needs are safe with them. Most recently I placed an order and did not notice the shipping address had a typo. I signed off on the order with the typo in place. With an incredibly short delivery window and an order of chocolate I feared the worse - a hot weekend in the shipping company's warehouse. Sharon to the rescue! She picked up the package and personally delivered it to my home address. Amazing service!
